GGP Episode 86: Rated P for Paternal Drama and Premonitions AKA EVE'S BAYOU
This week we're finally starting our Black History Month celebration with Kasi Lemmons' directorial debut: EVE'S BAYOU.
Touted as Roger Ebert's favorite film of 1997 over TITANIC, EVE'S BAYOU is a supernatural drama that follows Eve and her family in 1960's Louisiana. Eve's comfortable world is shattered after she witnesses her father's indiscretion.
Next week we're covering the vampire erotic horror film GANJA AND HESS.
Stay spoopy ya'll!
