Happy Spooptober! We're starting out the spookiest month of the year with one of the most controversial TV movies of all time: GHOSTWATCH. On Halloween night in 1992, the BBC broadcast a mockumentary ghost hunt show complete with real news presenters, staged viewer calls, and scares aplenty. But when more than half of the viewers missed the opening credits, they assumed it was real, and Britain was in full panic.
